Investment Objective

The investment objective of the manager is to deliver superior returns over the medium term within acceptable risk parameters while preserving the company's capital.

This objective is best achieved by maximising the embedded value of the investments held in the fund. If securities cannot be purchased below fair value, shareholder's equity will be retained in cash. 

As the company employs an active balance sheet structure, ALF is targeting superior returns to a traditional fund.
